Keep in mind, some Base model vehicles have a factory EQ curve that needs to be set to 0 using a For Scan tool, and also it is recommended to set the outputs to Low-Level 4v.
Using an LC7i, LC2i, or any other Line Output Converter will not help and is not needed on these trucks. You either use a For Scan to do the steps above or you have to use a device like the Kicker KeyLoc of the JL Audio Fix86.
