The DD Audio M1 is one of the most popular subwoofer amplifiers of all time, and it is now entering its 5th generation. The DD Audio M1d is the perfect amp for a myriad of applications, delivering over 1200 Watts of true RMS power at 12 Volts, 1700 Watts continuous at 14.4 Volts, and over 2500 Watts dynamic power. The compact layout uses their LV type twin power supply, which keeps the chassis small and the power big while allowing for a plethora of mounting options. It has 0 Gauge power connections and through-bolted RCAs provided high-end features at an affordable price.
For installation ease, and upgradeability the M1d features Strap mode. When using Strap Mode you’re able to have two M1d in an install and control the Strapped amplifier level settings from the Main amp. You’ll also be able to use a single remote gain to control both amps.
The M1d also comes with the VM-RMT remote control. The VM-RMT is a mini amplifier diagnostic center that’s able to mount within arms reach for real-time performance monitoring and adjustments. From this remote, you have fine gain control, amplifier input voltage monitoring, and output clipping monitoring.
